Prayer times look off by a few minutes. Open Settings and pick the calculation method used by your local mosque, or fine-tune per-prayer offsets. The app auto-detects a sensible default per country.
The Qibla compass isn't moving. The compass needs a device with a magnetometer and location permission; make sure location is allowed and calibrate by moving the phone in a figure-8.
No Athan sound at prayer time. Check that notifications are allowed for Athan and that the prayer's alert is enabled in Settings.
